Meet your new on-demand
AI Regents tutor

Designed to teach, not tell.

Give your students the support of a 1-on-1 tutor without adding another task or expense to your classroom. This isn’t another dry AI tool – it’s an extension of eMATHinstruction’s teacher-led Regents review videos. Students can pause the video at any moment and ask questions.

Why this matters

Every interaction is designed to build understanding and critical thinking. We make math approachable so students aren’t just fed answers, they learn how to solve problems independently.

Based on eMATHinstruction’s teacher-tested curriculum.

eMATHinstruction’s AI Math Tutor is built directly from Kirk’s Regents review videos, transcripts, and the material he teaches. Every explanation is rooted in his lessons, ensuring students receive guidance that reflects his classroom approach and trusted curriculum.

An AI Toolkit for Regents Mastery

Student Study Retention

Effective lesson designs build on proven methods. That means less time planning and more time teaching-without corners on quality.

Regents Exam Prep Progress

Bridge the gap between students watching a video and fully ‘getting’ a concept. Real-time feedback ensures students stay on track and gain confidence for exam time.

Exam Prep Made Easy

Our intuitive experience turns high-stakes preparation into a manageable, guided experience. It’s the support of a private tutor available 24/7.

No AI Expertise Required

There is no "learning curve." Students can ask the AI Tutor questions the same way they would naturally speak with a real tutor.

The attractive parts of emathinstruction.com are the compliance, the well thought out and coordinated lesson progression, and the ease of use for teacher and students. We have not seen a program that matches it in any of its components, let alone all three.

Frequently asked questions

How much setup is involved? Is there a learning curve for students?

Very little. Students interact with the tutor by asking questions the same way they’d talk to a person. If they can ask a question out loud, they can use this.

The goal was to make it feel natural enough that students who are already anxious about the Regents aren’t also anxious about using a new tool.

This is built directly from eMATHinstruction’s curriculum and Kirk’s review videos, not a third-party scraping the content. The tutor reflects his teaching approach because it was built from his lessons, with that intent.

No, and that distinction matters. Most AI tools are general-purpose and give students answers without context. This tutor is built directly from eMATHinstruction’s Regents review videos, transcripts, and curriculum. Every explanation it gives is grounded in the same lessons Kirk teaches, so the reasoning and language will feel familiar to students who’ve been using eMATHinstruction materials.

The goal is never to hand students an answer. It’s to help them understand why, the same way a good tutor would.

Yes. The Regents Tutor requires no login, no account creation, and no personal information of any kind to use. Students can interact with the tutor completely anonymously — nothing is collected, stored, or tracked. While teachers use a separate login to access their eMATHinstruction membership, that account is entirely independent of the Regents Tutor. Because the tutor collects zero student data, it falls fully outside the scope of both FERPA and COPPA requirements.

It’s built around eMATHinstruction’s Regents review video library, which covers Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II. If Kirk has a review video for it, the tutor can support students through it.
