How We Started
Founded in 2008 by Kirk Weiler, a National Board Certified Teacher with 18 years of experience in New York’s public school system, our company builds on proven classroom practices. Throughout his career teaching a full spectrum of courses from Algebra to AP Calculus and serving as a department coordinator, Kirk identified a critical need for resources that make mathematics more approachable for students while reducing planning burdens for educators.
This insight became the foundation of eMATHinstruction’s educational philosophy: providing clear, student-focused resources that simplify lesson planning and boost mathematical confidence. Every component of our curriculum is designed with the practical classroom challenges in mind, developed by educators who understand what teachers need to be effective and what students need to succeed.
